It’s that time of the year again. Not just because the holidays are here but also we are into another new year of 2023.

My bet is, most of us, specifically the above 35 (🤣) are getting jaded about setting new year goals or perhaps even care less about them.

After 2.5 years of the craziness happening around the world, with endless wave after wave of tragic news, most of our new year hopes are to:

  • Live in peace and harmony with self, family and friends.
  • Be around good people, colleagues and bosses.
  • Have a roof over their head and a decent job that pays the bills.
  • Not falling sick to seasonal illnesses a.k.a. “aging” well.
  • Have more leisure time and resources to “travel the world” at least twice a year.

These goals are very common and there’s nothing wrong with that.

We all know that the key to attaining them, isn’t so much in setting them, but to have a consistent routine to execute the activities required, in helping us move the needle an inch closer to our end goals.
